Strong Balance Class offers a smart program to correct common imbalances, improve posture, and increase core stability. The class focuses on proper form and body awareness to give clients a personalized exercise routine in a class setting.
Philosophy:
Strong Balance Class provides an all-levels exercise routine to help fix the most common muscle imbalances with a goal of bringing the body back into alignment. The organized progression of the class lets the participants learn how to isolate certain muscles so they can functionally integrate them into larger movements. The simple exercises are done in a flow making the class easy to follow and fun.
Our instructors teach the specific activations so our students learn body awareness and core awareness to gain full-body strength and balance. Everything in class translates to our student’s daily movements, sports, and hobbies. Students see improvement in their balance and core strength as well as their overall power and endurance.
